	Walk My Plank is now open for beta testing!
Adam Administrator Posts: 1090 Registered: 25-Jul-2000	So if anyone was wondering why I've been so quiet lately, it's because I've been working on a new project: Walk My Plank Walk My Plank is an online browser based multiplayer game. It's written in such a way that it is playable anywhere you have an internet connection. The aim of the game is to be better than any of the other pirates. You can achieve this by training your crew, beating up other pirates, exploring the seas, and various other tasks. As you progress through the game you can get bigger and better ships, more cannons, and a bigger, tougher crew. It's a pretty addictive game, and a few of the mods have been helping to test it. So if you want to see if you have what it takes to be a pirate, sign up and have a go.

And one word of advice to still avoid cheaters, only allow 1 player per IP regardless of what they say. I say this, because I used to play another game like this and one of my friends who played had mutliple emails and created multiple ids and emailed the staff and cheated for months at the game. It may not happen with yours, but just giving you a heads up. Fish tanks are an expensive addiction

I can say that Walk My Plank will be very resistant to this and other forms of cheating because I've written it from scratch (rather than modifying an existing engine) with all of the problems in mind
