(Every 15 minutes AquaRank.com calculates all the hits sent in by the participating sites that are displaying the banner then re-ranks the list) AquaRank.com ranks sites by the total unique visitor votes for the week (every hour that number climbs hopefully!) Empty chairs at empty tables, the room silent, forlorn.
