We went out to the inlaws house in Orlando for turkey day. Had a pretty good time. Right now i'm sitting in the car on my way out to the family farm in the middle of nowhere FL. Cellphone modems rock!:88)

Homework. The end of the smester is upon me, I have to write several final papers as well as get some other things done for final exams.

Well, I went to a friends yesterday...today was supposed to be morning Lesson Plans/Planning for the next 3 weeks with another teacher, and evening scrapbooking...well, both got canceled, so here I am again, surfing the net...I did end up working on lesson plans which is a plus only 10 weeks till the TAKS test ]:|. Tomorrow laundry and cleaning]:|. Sunday finish grades and lesson plans...so much fun Heidi

I'm going Paintballing! That is my favorite thing to do. I can't wait to get a new paintball gun for Christmas so I can really put some pain on the other team! lol.

Wednesday: Half-day at school.
Thursday: Thanksgiving... Go to Grandma's house to see people I don't know.
Friday: Work.
Saturday: Work.
Sunday: The one day where I don't have to do anything.

well tomorow i am going to play baseball and hopefully beat this team and move into second position then after that im going to return an aquarium light then im going to go to my coaches house for movie and pizza. Sunday i have to go to some 40 day thing then im going to my great aunties house because we havent seen them since they came back from greece and yea thats my weekend planned.

well...iam very busy this week..but i promised my son to take a fishing trip.So i will try my best to get some time off so me and my son can try to catch some bigmouth bass and zander
Hope it will not be to cold though...if it gets to cold we will go and play bowling instead.

Obviously we don't have Thanksgiving here so there's no holiday, but since you asked... I'm really looking forward to this weekend, I'm having a party here at my place to celebrate my birthday, it's sort of a late housewarming as well. My apartment is kind of small and I get kind of stressed out at my parties ('stop dancing near the fish tank!' 'okay, I'm tired now, everybody out!' ) so we're going to deck out the garage with beanbags and armchairs and pretty lights and stuff, it opens into our front yard as well so it should be nice. Just hoping it doesn't rain like it did on my 21st! Looking outside right now, it does seem likely (not that I ever begrudge rain in Australia, but I'd be happier for it to rain every other day but that one!).

Best of all, I get to wear my new $250 dress and feel all special for a night (note to self: be careful with red wine! )

(note to self: drink Pimm's instead!)

So does anyone have plans for this weekend?

We're taking advantage of the long weekend here and after the spouse gets home from work we'll be making the 9-10 hour drive to Michigan. A nice long visit with my kids who I haven't seen since August And my sister & brother in law

My oldest son has a 2.5g Mini-bow with a betta, and the girls have a 10g with platies and a female betta so I'll get to see how their tanks are doing.

I'm so excited!!!

and i'm captain...

I am stuck here at school working. Even Thanksgiving night (I am "night checker" so I have to work from 10:30 pm to about 6:30 am). Friends of a friend who are kind enough to let me come to their apartment have invited me over to help them eat their 16 lb turkey. That was really good for me to hear (late Sunday night).

Being in the dorms, they are not feeding us over break. Fortunately, I recieved two care packages on Monday, leftovers on Sunday from the big dinner we cooked, and got a couple sandwiches from the last of my meal swipes (of which they only gave us six for the week!) I am very fortunately more likely to have too much food than to run out
