I have a planted 200 gallon tank, with only a few resident so far. Includes 10 otos, 7 Cory cats, 2 Angels,2 bristlenose, and 1 Discus. Im thinking of adding more discus, angels, and cardinal tetra is this a good mix?

Some say that Angels & Discus don't mix & the Angels might carry a decease that is vital to Discus.

But your setup seems quite nice & i would add more Corydoras.

That's exactly the mix (plus a few of course) that is maintained by the Baltimore Aquarium @the Barnes and Nobles that's nearby.
They also have massive schools of bleading hearts, hatchets, and black neons. Only sad bit is it seems they've decreased how many corys they are keeping in the tank. There used to be 3-4 different ones each with their own school (granted they were small schools of only 4-6 ).
I agree with jasonpisani, increase your current cory school to 12+, then maybe consider adding another school of corys as well...with a footprint like that you've got the swimming space for them, and they really don't add that much to the bioload.

I too have never had a problem keeping neons or cardinal tetras together. Nor have I ever had any problems keeping angels with discus.
