If you have a filter already running for a while, and continue to use it during the recycling process, then it won't take as long as if you were starting from scratch. Falstaf![]() ![]() Fish Addict Posts: 785 Kudos: 1211 Votes: 196 Registered: 12-Feb-2004 ![]() ![]() | About 3 months ago i changed the gravel of one of my tanks, i did it all at once and my 45G didn't even went through a mini cycle, since i didn't change the filter media for another 2 weeks, and i went for it and did it with fish in there and all, no deaths not even stress, they just stayed at the other side of the tank that i was working on, i guess that if you have good cycled filters there won't be any problem. |
