Linkin Park Fan,
The tank is 75 gallons, it is basically brand new- only a couple of weeks old. It was a replacement for an older leaky tank. It is made by All Glass Aquarium, as is the stand.
The tank/glass top and stand together was $479.00, the compact flourescent lighting was $202.00
The gravel and plants altogether I estimate at around roughly $400.00
The DW and rocks were free.
It is running 2 filters, an Eheim 2217 which was $180 on Ebay, and a Fluval 204 I paid $80 for at Petcetera.
The fish, well, the 2 discus were $200.00 alone.
The rest of the fish, if I can calculate quickly on my calculator:
My estimate roughly is approximate $800 dollars worth in fish alone, including the 2 discus.
So a grand total, $2200 in total. Give or take a 100 bucks or two.
This doesnt include fish that have died or been returned to the LFS, and also doesnt include plants that havent worked out and died/wilter/melted/got eaten.
