hello

will plecos (bristle nose) eat apples and is it safe for them. was not sure if there was to much acid in apples..and would it be okay with cichlids?

They would probably eat them, but they ahve alot of sugar and would probably disolve really fast in the water and will go rotten really fast. I would stick with veggies they like more fiber.

Fruits do 'cloud' the water really quickly - and they are a nightmare to retreive once they break down - cucumber is a hit with plecos.
