Recently i have been getting some weird white/opaque dots on the front glass, that is driving me LOCO!!! I cant really see my betta, and it looks disgusting...

I am thinking it is bacteria, because i have added some cycle to the tank after i added more sand.....Maybe it will go away?

The reason for my thinking is that the dots on the glass look like colonies of bacteria when they grow. It dosent seem to be harming the tank in any way, but it just popped up today!

I really am confued! What else could it be?

Thanks!

What're they shaped like? Are they in any way, shape, or form, either like longish ovals or worm-like? You could have planaria. They're these pretty tiny inverts that come around sometimes if you overfeed; I had a case of them just the other week, but I cut back on feeding a couple days and did a water change, and they're mostly all gone.

I've never seen a bacteria growth, but I have seen planaria, multiple times. That'd be my first guess.
