Filter Panda! | |

When I dumped the old water out I saw a little something moving in the murk. Once I realized what it was and that saw that it was about to go down the drain I caught it just in time. It was a little panda cory. Im guessing about 6-8 weeks old. Although he could be older, if he was living in a filter all his life I know he hasnt been getting proper food. He most likely got sucked up the filter as an egg or a small baby. He has joined up with his family again and is happily eating and froliking with them. He does however look a bit strange. His head is oddly curved unlike all the other pandas I have seen and raised. But he is happy and healthty none the less so I will be keeping him around. He is #16 in my panda herd. # 11 of the offspring of my original 5 store bought ones. Here is a little pic; Pic one. He is strangely cute dont you think? |

She was tiny compared to the litter when she was rescued. But she eventual grew to a decent size - still a bit smaller than the others. |
