can some one explain to me what they look like? i think i have some!!

They look a little like tiny tadpoles at first.

These pictures are fuzzy (because it's really hard to take pictures of things that small with a cheap digicam) but it should give you an idea of what they look like at about 6 weeks old.

While they do eat the same things as the adults, I highly suggest putting a rock or something in a jar of water and leaving it in the sun to grow some algae for them to eat, because it is hard for them to compete for food with adult ottos.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

the tank has no more fish in it (forgot to mention) and the sides have lots of brown algae, and its infront of a windw, i also have a colony of water fleas, they r deff breeding, i saw maybe 10+ females with egg sacks

oh, and they r realy tiny now, only a few mm long, but a little bit bigger than the adult water fleas with eggs
