You'd soon be pretty hacked off if you were expected to live on a diet of nothing but cheese sandwiches for the rest of your life, and so it is with fishes. Obtain several different flake foods, freeze dried tubifex, and throw in live foods about twice per week and your Angels should be happy. For example, for my fishes (Cardinals, Panda Corys etc), I have: TetraMin TetraRuby ColourPride TetraPro TetraPro Vegetable TetraPro Colour Freeze Dried Tubifex Hikari Wafers (or alternative until the EU bureaucracy wrangle sorts itself out). Your angels would probably appreciate a mixture of this kind. If you can cultivate live Gammarus or the related freshwater amphipod known as Crangonyx pseudogracilis (which is an American native) then your Angels will love you for it. ![]() If you've got a spare 5 gallon tank lying around doing nothing, cultivating Gammarus or Crangonyx to feed your Angels with will be one of the best uses you can put that 5 gallon to. ![]() ![]() |
