I have pair of mated Angles in my 120 gal. along with some other community fish (that I am willing to move) if I could find some other chichlids that would be compatable with these two. They are so big and beautiful and I would love to keep them but since they mated recently I had to remove the other two angles and now my tank looks so empty. They will attack any other angels for sure but are not bothering with any other fish except a little chase away from "their" corner. Any suggestions?

120 GAL. Community Freshwater (2 huge mated angles, 2 German rams, Red tail shark, 2 Pearl Grammies, 3 Bushynose Plecos, Swordtails

110 Gal. (3 Koi Angles, 3 black marble viel tail Angles) 20 Neon tetras, 1 red tail shark, 3 clown loaches, Platys

With a tank of that size, you have many options.
Apistos, Keyholes, other peaceful dwarf cichlids, as well as festivums would all most likely be suitable for your tank. In general, peaceful, smaller SA cichlids who stay around the bottom of the tank would be your best bet.

hey im suprised nobody's mentioned discus fish yet. they're a rare kind of peacful cichlid. they're excelent community fish and would probably get along with your angels. the problem would be introducign them into a =n already established aquarium. also they are expensive. (lowest price i've gotten is $35 for a Juvi) good luck

Probably because they are recommended only when the air of experience is predominant, discus arent easy and beginners tend to kill them by the truckload, though that tanksize would suit them admirably.
