I have 2 electric blue jackdempseys who at the moment are only 4cm and are doing great in a 2ft tank to themselves, although one is boss and is colored up better than the other one.

I don't think this arrangement will last for too long because as they get bigger, so will their tempers toward each other.

I was thinking of putting them in my 4ft6" tank with the 3 synodontis eupterus, 12 synodontis nigriventris, 4 lf danios, the angelfish and maybe a couple of bristlenose.

The danios could be moved, and maybe the angelfish if you think they would be attacked.

Should I make the move, or should I separate the EBJD's into two 2ft tanks instead of one? Can I add any other fish or catfish to their 2ft tank?

Please add your 2cents worth as these are my first ever "serious" cichlids.

If the 4'6" tank, the angelfish would definitely have to be moved too. I don't know if the other fish would get along with the JDs or not. Perhaps two 2' tanks would be better, probably without tankmates.

Treat it just like a normal JD.
IMO all those fish would be killed eventually, the angels first.
