well ill be damed,i would never have thought they have those nasties in them, and in kids toys too,i think ill find some kind of other piping,it did say that others were also available..did anyone else know about this, thanx heaps for pointing this out to me so very sneaky,as i said ive always thought it made a great additon to my tanks but im not going to use it anymore.i new there was a reason why my flowerhorn wouldnt take to the pvc i tryed to give himalso becuase its cost effective and easy to obtain, and fish will readly spawn in it or make a home of it,ive always just assumed that it was ok use,but you know what they say about assumimg,so ill give the pvc the ol hev hoe

Actually today i just added a convict to my 55 gal with my 8inch dempsey..and i can't believe that there getting along. The dempsey is 3 years old and the convict was free bc i know the owners of my local petstore and someone dropped it off yesterday and its a really nice male with bright blues( about 3inches) I just might add one more fish to my tank and then that will be it

I really don't know? its kinda hard because with this hobby everything is hit or miss...i was just about to possibly sell my 55 set up and all..but now Im kinda really getting back into again. I always wanted a green terror (male) but i don't thinks its not worth if one of them is going to get killed or something..I just got lucky to have my JD not eat the nice convict. For all i know i might get something else and she might kill it...so i dunno ? mayb you have some ideas HOKSES?
