In the near/distant near future setting up another tank. I am really interested in a cichlid family. Any suggestions. I would only be able to have a small tank. Yes, but if you get them from a reliable LFS and keep up good water quality, they are fine. I have a female German Ram in my 55g. She along with some of my tetras had ich once a couple months ago. She was fine afterwards and hasn't had anything else wrong since. The store I got her from had alot of tanks with ich so I think she picked it up from there. They can be sensitive but with good water quality they will do fine. |
