I see no reason why they wouldn't mix.

Yep they sure do, assuming of course that the
tank is large enough for SAE. SAE grow to 6 inches
and need at least a 33g tank, with 55 being much better.

I want to put 2 in a 45 with 2danos 1keyhole 2serpea teteras 2 corys and 1 dwarf gourami, I want to add 2 SAE and as a few rams, and hopefully if I move some fish I can get just more keys, I do not want to re stocl my corys danos or corys...

Hi there Linkin,

So youre kind of phasing out the danios and corys? Are you phasing out the serpaes too?
Why not bundle the works up in a bag to your LFS for some store credit?
That would leave you with:
1 Keyhole
2 SAE
? Rams
1 Dwarf Gourami

A great stocking would be something like this:
4 Keyholes (mid water some bottom)
2 SAE (all over)
4 Rams (bottom-mid water)
1 Dwarf Gourami (upper water)
6-8 of some medium size schooling fish as dithers. Maybe Buenos Aires Tetra, one of my faves, or Rummynose, or something like that?
What do you think of that idea?

That sounds like an amazing plan, but I just dont want to give away my fish lol, I want to wait till its warm enough to put my goldfish in the pond, and then I will move them to a 20G,but I love the idea thankyou

EDIT: Hey acctually I have a Idea my friend wants my danios and I think I can move my 2 corys in my 10 G, I have 4platys(all female babies) 1neons and 1rasbora, I am tired of tetras, mabey barbs or something else? or more rams? Oh I might not be able to find keys I got lucky that one time,
