Might be doable, but adult Tinfoils are much more active than Oscars and will need a great deal of room just for their swimming behavior, on top of the fact you've got Oscars in there. They are very timid and go nuts even when someone approaches the tank. I wouldn't keep them with any fish that might possibly freak them out too much. Just stick to the tinfoils.
