ZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMGZOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My rams laid eggs a couple days ago and I just noticed them
because I was investigating the way they were being territorial! They are twitching some and this is a small brood, first time parents. I separated them and I don't know much about feeding them, I got a liquid food. Can anyone give me any suggestions on what to do next?

Although I too have eggs at the mo, Ive not raised them before either, I was just reading this, and it does seem a reasonable and believable account.

Hope it helps.

Big bad Bob wesolowski also told me to remove the female if she eats the eggs and leave just the male in charge, sounds like good advice too. Especially since my female just ate half the eggs.He knows a thing or two.

Thanks. Mine show amazing parental behavior and yesterday the fry started free swimming.

Mine too, just today, not swimming a lot though, staying near the unhatched eggs! Single parent family though at the moment. I wonder if the female was reintroduced she'd eat the fry?

Good luck with yours!
