Hello! We have a 60g indoor pond and am curious how many goldfish (small) are we able to have with out over-stocking? Thank you in advance for your responses!

Not very many really....and not for more than a year. I would say @the most 5 goldies that would be moved to a 150 gallon pond (with plenty of surface area of course ) after a few months. Remember that commons are very active fish and just like a hyper 5 year old they need the room to swim and play.

Thank you Babel. I have three comets in there right now and an oranda. They are not very big though, so I guess they will be okay for a little while.

You shouldn't mix commets with fancy goldfish, because the oranda cannot compete with the commets for food. Anyways in a 60g pond about 2 or 3 commets for a while and with only fancies, about 3.

The oranda gets plenty of food. I always watch to make sure because he is not near as fast as the comets. I drop food right above his head also just to be sure. He is very healthy. But thanks, and I will always keep that in mind.
