DwarfGourami Hobbyist Posts: 132 Kudos: 83 Votes: 6 Registered: 01-Aug-2005 | Ok I would Like for some people to post some pictures of how big a goldfish can get, there was a picture i seen from this site but I cant find it it was a white and orage huge goldfish and there was nothing in the tank with it like no gravel and stuff but i wanna be able to see how big the fish is and determain the size of tank its it because I need some pictures for a friend that has 2 goldfish in 10g so can maybe you all could help me Please |

bettachris Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3875 Kudos: 4173 Votes: 452 Registered: 13-Jun-2004 | not sure about the pics, but what type of goldfish do they have, as different goldfish grow different ways/sizes? of course a singled tailed goldfish will get larger and have different needs than a fancy tail, but even they will get big. but dont forget, their is so much that you can do, and dont kill yourself over this. |

bettachris Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3875 Kudos: 4173 Votes: 452 Registered: 13-Jun-2004 | if it can be any pic, i will look around. but with feeder goldfish, they are mostly comet goldfish, and maybe common, both of these will grow alot larger than other goldfish, and i think are the second largest behind the koi. comets have a long tail, and are very good at short burst of speed, and a large tank is a must. |
