There are quite a few tropicals that can do well at what are considered lower temps. If you're interested in specific fish I'd suggest doing research into what temp range is acceptable for each species you'd like to keep. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

While yes I have had them survive in temps of ...oh....say 52f or so their body me Rosy barbs could possibly be added to the list. Mine have been in my pond, temp is around 55F. They've remained their normal active selves all winter. Although that really should be considered "cool" rather than "cold" which to me means the fish can go rather close to freezing. ^_^ [hr width='40%'] It only hurts when I breathe" |
