Hello!!!
Well today i got so bored of waiting for my dad to get round to sealing the big crack in out pond i decided to do it. The araldite worked really well and now it is leak free. The fish seem to be happy to be home (they have been in my 33g for the past week) They were swimming at the top and letting me stroke them as usual. Typically a few minutes later they were hungry again. especially dave - the ghost koi.

So now i have a empty 33g - re-scaped ( check the photo booth for pictures)

and a full pond. One day dave will get to big for that pond. But hopefully not before i move out and build him a koi pond of his own.

so heres the link for the pics:

Just walkthrough the slideshow. Theres descriptions under each picture.

thanks for looking

A nice pond FCF. How large is it? You're fish look very happy. I'm sure they're glad to be out of the smaller 33 gallon and back home/:'

Very nice pond and fish!

One question: why do you take them in for the winter?

Pond cracked. If you look on one of the pictures you can see where I fixed it. Yup my mum was impressed with me because it's not my job to and a bit angry at my dad because he's to lazy to do it.

anyway they're still swiming around as usual. Alot more tame now. so my dogs been on patroll for cats on the hunt.
If only he had legs long enough to catch one

The pond was in when we moved in so i have no idea how many gallons it holds. The only comparisson i can give you is that dave - the koi is 9"

so it's a small/medium pond sort of

How lucky you are to already have a pond in your yard. Thanks for sharing those pictures. It looks like a really nice pond that gives hours of pleasure.

Yeh it's ok. There was 3 ponds when we moved in. So far we've cleaned out one (the big one) but thats all at the moment. The other two are health hazzards. But on the other hand at a BBQ my dads friend did drop his beer bottle in the pond. fished it ou and put it on the side. then forgot which one has beer in it and which had dirty pond water......you can guess the rest
