1.
6 Panda cories

6 Daintys, or other small cories

2 Female Bettas

2 Cherry Barbs

OR

2.
6 Pandas

6 Cardinal Tetras

2 Female Bettas

3 Ottos

Which one do you think is better, out of the two. Not sure if no. 1 is overstocked

Any Suggestions are welcome

15 gallons are pretty tall, I think, so you can't stock them too heavily. I would do:

6 pandas
2 female bettas
6 neons/cardinals

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

#1 it isn't overstocked, but it has too many bottom feeders. I'd add more betta girls though, to spread out the agression.

i was thinking for suggestion 2 if i could also add a ram instead of the ottos, so it will be 6 corys, 6 cardinals 2 bettas and 1 ram (not sure what type), but im not sure if its a bit over stocked.

bla, I wouldn't have a problem adding 2 rams and another girl betta and keeping the ottos.

6 cories (small bio lode and fills up bottom)
6 tetras (bio lode is like . 00 something)
3 ottos (a little bit more than the neons)
2 rams (the only fish so far that actually produce some waste)
3 betta girls (about as much as the cories)

I say use a good filter, do your water changes, and you will be fine.

I like #1, but for the 6 dwarf cories, I'd go with c. Pygmaeus or c. Hastatus instead of c. Habrosus (dainty cories). The first two are middle-water swimmers (like the cherry barbs), while the last are bottom dwellers like the Pandas, so you'd have too many on the bottom.
Or, instead of the 6 dwarf cories, go with the cardinals. So you'd have a good community mix - bettas, tetras, barbs, & cories. Good luck!

First you have to let us know which 15 gallon you have. I know of at least two formations, the long and the tall. The 15 tall has the footprint of a ten gallon, but it's taller. The 15 long has the footprint of a twenty gallon, but isn't as tall. You can put more fish into the long version because of the increased surface area.

When you can get us some dimensions, I think we'll be able to help you out better.
