I wouldn't suggest angels except for a very very short time. They need more space than that tank provides. You'll need @least a 29 tall for them, so unless these are fish you already have I'd advise against it. Angels need approx 10 gallons of water to themselves in a 29 gallon high tank or larger.
Personally I'd consider some other, more long term options.

Yes, I agree with Babelfish. I have two angels in my 46bow front which is approximately 20 inches high and after a year they look cramped.

When I first started I tried to let 2 grow up in a 15. It ended with one killing the other one.

Took about 5 months from quarter sized baby fish, before they started to have issues.

Once the fighting started, it only took about a week before I had a dead angel on my hands.

So I'd say that no it isn't a good idea.

Totally agree hca,

Most lfs workers are usually kids just trying to make some money. They don't really have the knowledge needed.

The stuff I've been told at my lfs has been unbelievable in fact it would make a funny thread, Maybe we could name it:

"Funny Stories From My LFS? or
"Tall LFS Tales"
