First of all, welcome to FP! Hope you enjoy it here!

Secondly, WOW, that was a wild stock you had going for 15 gallons of water! I hope you don't go with anything of that sort again!

You could have a couple of nice tetra schools in a tank that size, such as neons, cardinals, lemons, bloodfins, etc. Rasboras would also be a nice fish in the tank. Small plecos like bristlenoses would be good for a bottom feeder, or otos. Dwarf gouramis would make nice centerpiece fish. If you like the idea of livebearers, platies, or fancy guppies would be nice. It really depends on what you are into. There are SO many options available. A REAL nice setup would be as follows...

1 Dwarf Gourami
1 nice size school of small tetras (6-8)
1 bristlenose OR 3 otos

Your tank size is much too small for both the clown loach and the angels as they will both grow way to large for the tank. Also what type of catfish are you talking about? Are you considerning cories as several of them stay relatively small. You really need to stay with the smaller size fish and make sure you don't over do it on the numbers as suggested in the previous postt.

And Welcome to FP

If you really like angels you could have 1 in there. But I don't think you could have anything else. Personally, I wouldn't enjoy that. If it were up to me...

1-2 rams
school of neons
corries
ottos

Dont put an angel in anything smaller than 30 gals.

If you like cichlids- what about
apistos
rams
keyholes
kribs

you could have a male/ female pair of one of the above- and with all but the kribs could add a school of small tetras (6-8 glowlights/ cardnals/,,etc..)
