I have a 20 long tank that i got for free, and i also have a bunch(easily 25-30 lbs and up) of some rock (base rock like stuff, ph buffering) that i also got for free over the weekend. Are there any fish i could have in a 20 long that would love to have the rock work? i was thinking half rock work half shells and to have some shell dwelers. Any input wanted.

its me sk8freak20...i need to get premie so i can change my name back

I think the shellie idea is a great one, it should look awsome. And you'll get some fry as well.

alright, so i set up a basic rockscape of how im going to do the rocks, and i love how it looks

the lights in the tank kinda made some weird glares, but thats how i want the tank to look hopefully.

the left side would be open with lots of shells if i decided on shell dwellers

That is a damn cool setup. Are you gonna put some live plants in there also?

Thanks,i might try some live plants, ill have to find some plants that can handle the high ph, im hoping to possibly order the filter and heater in the next day or two.
i cant wait to get this tank up, but i still have to clean and boil the rocks, im afraid i wont get the same rockscape back, but atleast i have a picture to go from
