If you plan on keeping xingu fish, I'd rescape the entire tank to cater to ther needs: Geophagus argyrostictus, Hyphessobrycon sp. tetras, L-200, discus, Xingu sp. corydoras, etc. |

Rams aren't fond of moving water either, as stale blackwater is their preferred habitat. I've never had much success keeping ottos in current, either, they tend to duck behind DW, or clamp tightly to a single leaf throughout much of the day---as opposed to their usual free ranging, lively personalities. The Geophagus argyrostictus needs a 300l tank thoug..they can get 20cm+ The L200... i want one of those for sure.Glasscats i want also..very interesting fish And maybe i will go for 2 blockhead cichlids. Lemon tetras is also nice fish..have to see if i can get those as well. Thank you so much...now i have something to look forward too ![]() Robby Last edited by robby1619 at 16-Feb-2005 07:37 |

Therefore, I'd say a 58 gallon would be room enough for one and a school of black skirts. But it's your tank, so I guess if you don't want them (I'll admit, that "interesting" looking face isn't for everyone ), the other choices are just as good. |
