This was only a temporary home for the hybrid and sev; they'll be moving into my 75g. I like the gold barbs and was thinking of increasing the school to 6. Being a tall tank I'd also like to add an angel. Would this combination work? If not, any other suggestions? Thanks. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

I never had this fish but I also have never heard that they would be considered nippy, like Tigers. ba How is the tank set up? Any plants or caves for hiding? How about driftwood? Ingo |

So, you could add some of these guys....they're the neatest fish to watch. Their courting behavior is fascinating and the males turn the most gorgeous shade of red when they go after the ladies. ![]() "Beauty is in the eye of the beer holder." ![]() |

Cherry Barbs are very nice & have great colours. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
