You could keep them all, two angelfish and two schools of tetras. Angelfish don't get that big, the reason they don't fit into smaller tanks is the length of their fins. Anyways, you could keep them with any tetras that didn't nip at the angels' fins.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

Yea, the smaller, torpedo shaped tetras won't nip at the fins of the swimming triangle. Neons, cardinals, rummynose, black neons, glolites etc etc won't be a problem. The taller bodied fish, serpaes, blacks, von rios and such tend to nibble...

2 Angels & a school of about 8 Tetra would be great. How about some Corydoras, as bottom feeders?.

Yes, cories need to be in shoals of at least six. You've got six pandas on that stocking list, which is fine. Do you know what other fish you want? Instead of another school of fish, you could go with some kind of dwarf pleco. A bristlenose would be great, and they are some of the best algae eaters money can buy.

Don't Angels eat Neon Tetras in the wild? So wouldn't that potentially be a problem with Glolites too?
