i thkni decided on this if it will work,
-with a ph of 6.7 could i add crushed coral to filter and get a small piece of texas holey rock and sand substate, would this keep water condions right,

-do i really need the holey rock its so expensive

-could i have one brichardi with a small piece of holey rock and a multi community with shells

-also does Eco-Complete African Cichlid Sand help any

-do you have to replace these items im going to use for buffering and raising ph

Yes, you can have 1 Brichardi, but i suggest getting a schoal of 6 & you'll see lots of difference in these fish.

Instead of Holey Rock, you can add some pieces of Limestone & this will also higher the ph in your tank.

Just leave them on their own, in a Brichardi species tank.
