Four angels will eventually outgrow a thirty gallon tank; I have one angel in mine (two years old) and he's getting quite large. I usually recommend 20 gallons per angel.
One of the smaller plecos (rubberlip or bristlenose) would be fine.

I'm so adjective, I verb nouns!

um, pleco wouldn't do ok, or look nice,

from the stocking, i am guessing u want a nice elegent S.A tank. Which can look very nice, and classy.

4 angels,
1 SAE,
3 up-side-down cats
6-9 cardinals(now it depends on ur angels aggression)
3-4 sliver hatchet fish.

I think four angels are too much for a 30 gallon. A pair would be ok, and a LOT better. Smaller plecos are fine, but some of the most popular small plecos don't eat algae too well. Bristlenoses are fine and eat algae.

As for other fish, I would sugjest tetras. They come from the same water, and except for the smallest of tetras, are fine with angels. Just make sure you don't get anything that is nippy.

As for other bottom dwellers, corys are GREAT. Small, active, pretty hardy, multiple choices. It really comes down to what you like, but I think you should look around and get some ideas for yourself.

A pair of Angels & some Corydoras will be fine in a 30 gal. tank.
