Maybe another school of barbs or you could get away with a school of tetras. Not sure how that would work out though. |

Posts: 2623 Kudos: 2462 Votes: 337 Registered: 29-Mar-2003 ![]() | Like Jason said the barbs will be quite nippy, so if you want the corries they need plenty of plants, and driftwood in order to hide in... If you want to go with the Tiger Barbs, why not also do a school of green barbs as well That way noone would be any nippier than the other, and it would become an interesting tank![]() heidi "I've got a great ambition to die of exhaustion rather than boredom." Subic76![]() Small Fry Posts: 11 Kudos: 12 Votes: 1 Registered: 27-Mar-2005 ![]() | Maybe 30 gal is not enough room, I just don't know. In my 55 gal I have 8 Tiger barbs and 7 Albino corys. Two of the corys are less than an inch long. Other than follow a little bit, the Tigers completely ignore the corys. No nipping. The Tigers will fight with each other, although rare, and doesn't last long. All my Tiger barbs are about two inches long. Subic |
