Now, I've always wanted a pair of angels, but I'm not sure if they would work in that size tank. Any other ideas? Measurements are 25 x 24.5 x 12.5 |

There is probably still room IMO for a school of tetras too(if you keep up on water changes). I would just make sure it can hold water after sitting out in a garage for a long time. I'd fill it up someplace where you wouldn't mind a mess and leave it for at least a couple hours to check for leaks. Edit: That's probably what you meant by inspecting....I should read a bit more carefully ![]() Last edited by mattyboombatty at 16-Jun-2005 10:40 Critical Fertilator: The Micromanager of Macronutrients |

Fill it up & see if it leaks & clean it before you use it. Angels would do great in there. Maybe you can get a pair & leave them on their own or with a couple of Corydoras. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |

(And I'll bump that school from 4 to 6 if I can find a few other real juliis and not the fakes) Thanks! |

Maybe you could look into some more species of schooling fish if the angels won't fit. I think a 33 gal is a really nice tank size for a community aquarium ![]() |

I like angels, maybe with a small school of smaller fish (I'm fond of harlequin rasboras). They do get to be a large fish tho and require a tall tank. They should be fine. Been awhile since I've had then and never had tetras so I dunno. Good luck and happy aquariuming. ![]() /:' |
