I made a pretty vague topic about the future stocking of my tank earlier, but I think it was too vague to garner any intrest, so here's a more detailed plan...
(My tank is pretty moderatly planted with plenty of hiding places)

10 - Neon Tetra
8 - Emerald Barb
8 - Lemon Tetra
4 - YoYo Loach
3 - Dwarf Gorumi 2 Female, 1 Male (probably Blue, maybe Red)

All together, this is over the general "rule of thumb" for inches/gallons. But I've read that doesn't REALLY apply to smaller schooling fish, and I think all of these fish would do well together.
In other words, I think it would be better to keep these in larger schools, then to lower the schools down and have them potentially scared/unhappy/aggrerssive.
I will do regular water changes and monitor closely too, as this will be my main tank.
Would the Emerald Barbs (color morph of Tiger Barbs, and I've heard a bit less agressive) show any agression with the Dwarf Goroumi or Vice Versa? Also in a moderate to heavily planted tank, will 4 Yoyos take care of all my alage?
If this is overstocked, should I only get 2 Goroumis? 3 Yoyos? I really want those guys, especially, to be happy though
Thanks a bunch!

i dont think its verstocked

yoyos dont eat algea, they eat food that fals on the bottom

if you want an algea eater, look at a bristle nose pleco, or 6 otto cats

Im not sure about the tiger barbs, but everything else looks ok

Awesome, thanks. I've always wondered that about Loaches.
I can't find very many Ottos at my local store, but I'll keep on truckin. I think those little guys are cute.
I've also read that Tiger Barbs are less agressive in schools, and that the emerald morphs are slightly less agressive.
Can anyone corroberate that?

No, it's not overstocked & as you already know, Yoyo's don't eat Algae & they don't only eat leftover but swim to the top for food & make noises.
