I'd add more Rainbows, Odessa barbs, and ideally otos - those three are schooling species and should be kept in large groups.

I would also bulk up the numbers of what are already in the tank. I would also NOT add Angelfish in with Rainbows because I'v enoticed some agression between them in tanks I've seen: either the angels look ragged, or the rainbows are timid and hiding all the time. I'd also be hesitant about the raphael catfish because they are carnivores and if large enough may eat the rams.
There are many very beautiful species of rainbow fish, and most of them grow to be about 3+ inches, so you could have a large group of rainbows, maybe a school of neon rainbows, a school of barbs, add a few more ottos, and I think that would be a pretty busy, and colorful tank.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

i wouldn't go with angels. try adding more rainbows to each type. try about 4 of each. u can also add a paradice fish, and the raphael cat.

why no angels they look so cool they wouldn't get hurt. I was thinking what would you put in the tank that is peaceful if there was no rainbow fish in that tank.

The angels may not get hurt with only 2 rainbows in the tank, but the rainbows would probably not be happy. If you take the rainbows to the lfs, or give them away to someone with an appropriate setup for them, then getting angels (maybe 4 of them, or one mated pair) would be fine, and make a nice south american community tank.

Personaly I would beef up the Rainbows and add in your 4 yoyos and maybe another small loach. Something like a Zebra loach maybe. Loaches are super cool fish.

In the end its up to you....
