I was thinking

-2 rams
-3 yoyo loaches
-4 pictus catfish
-6 rosy barbs
-4 glass catfish
-4 giant dainos
Would that be all right

Not perfect. yoyos do better in even numbers. Everytime I had an odd number group of 3 or 5 the odd one out would be stressed, faded, and I had one die once for no reason. Mine always pair off. If you can get 6 they would prefer it but 4 will do. I would keep a pair before I kept 3 again. Glass catfish and pictus are schooling/shoaling. Danios are also schooling although I've never kept giant danios. Schooling or shoaling means they prefer a group and generally 6 is considered the minimum to keep them from feeling stressed. 4 a school does not make. If you bring everyone up to schooling numbers that prefer it then the tank is quite overstocked in my opinion. Especially considering the number of active fish you have dashing around. I really think current stocking would resemble mass chaos to the natural behavior of the fish. It would be better to drop at least one species and if it were me I'd drop 3 species and increase the number of each group instead.

Id get more glass catfish about 8 and I would get 4 odd yoyos i dont really understand your question above but a RTBS would be fine in that tank. You can have these sharks with almost anything in a 55gal except for other sharks.
