Hey there,

Im thinking of putting another fish in my 8 gal tank that has 2 bumblebee gobies.

Would a sparkeling gourami be a suitable tank mate?

Wait a bit more & see when they're available. Try to ask your LFS.

Otos are another option but the tank should be well established with a good supply of algae.

Bumble Bee gobies tend to prefer brakish water but if they are doing good in freshwater then I'd go with 2 more bumble bee's and 2 sparkling gouramis.

If you want to go brackish, get fiddler crabs.
