Pretty much any sinking food they go for. My sister had a couple ADF's that she was feeding sinking shrimp pellets. I feed them to my cories (well, attempt to... everyone else likes to eat them too!) and the frogs loved it. You could try the meatier bottom feeder wafers, too, I'm sure they'd eat that.

~Meow. Thus spoke the cat.~

I have fed my ADFs; HBH Frog Bites, sinking cory wafers, sinking shrimp pellets, freeze-dried tubifex, freeze-dried bloodworms, and a couple different flake foods.
They seem to enjoy the Frog Bites and the sinking cory wafers more than the others.

I've been less fortunate with ADF feeding. The ones I had wwould only eat meat, so I gave them free-dried, bloodworms,freeze-dried shrimp, and brine shrimp flakes. I caught one with a young guppy in its mouth once, too.

I used to feed mine live food. They really liked bloodworms cause they sank to the bottom, but live bloodworms die fast and frogs don't eat that much. But if you have other fishtanks it would be smart to buy live worms. otherwise, I'd get the frozen cubes. My frogs used to seeem livier with real food than pellets.
