So how do I acclimate african dwarf frogs? Just float the bag to adjust the temp for a half hour, then net them in? Or should I slowly add a cup of tank water to the bag every 15 mins?

Yes you can do it like you would do any other fish. They can be delicate and you may want to use extra precautions. Like the drip method but i doubt this will be neccesary. A good 30 min float should do it. Try to net him as fast as possible because chasing him around in a bag wont help iwth the already added stress.

When I got my frogs, I just brought em home, opened the bag and popped em in the tank.
I didnt think they needed any acclimation time since they are amphibians.
I never lost one, and I dont think they are at all sensitive. Like most frogs, they are tough as nails and twice as smart
