My Rts is a Albino..here is a pic of him..http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/mile_rd_8ball/album?.dir=/9066
I need to know what fish goes with other fish, because i dont want to buy fish and take them back to the lfs again..i did that 3 times already
So i would like to get the best suggestions for a 75g SA tank....and what is the best plants,rocks..i have 2 pieces of driftwood and plenty of rocks.
If i have to remove some of my fish that i have now i will do that.

I know human beings and fish can co-exist peacefully.

What is a Hoplo catfish?? Picture please!!!!

I personally love my angels. Have a 65g hex devoted to them, and a 72g bowfront with a regularly mating pair.

Please show a picture of a Hoplo if you have one. I have never heard of one!

Thanks!

Thanks Sneaky-pete
My corydoras are 6..3 albinos and 3 peppered corydoras.
I had 2 keyholes..but they where fighting all the time and the one got really stressed...so the bad guy i took him back to the lfs..the other one is now really happy and got his true colours back.Iam affraid if i ad more keyholes they will fight again..
The buenos, pristellas tetras want be ok i think, because they need lake and i have river main ecosystem...

Hi robby,
as Jason said , the rts is an asian fish. However, noone will really notice if you leave one fish that is out of biotype. I really like my rainbow shark, and having had to previously part with a very aggressive one earlier in my fish keeping career, and having now purchased and am raising a very peaceful one, I would never dream of giving this one up. Peaceful ones are very very hard to find. I would keep the guy. He is a beauty. I cant say for sure, but by looking at your pics it looks like you have an albino rainbow shark, rather than an albino red tail black shark. It is a lovely fish.
Your current stocking is something like this:
1 Hoplo catfish
1 small RTS
3 Zebra Danios
1 Keyhole
1 Krib
6 corydoras
1 Pleco
-----
Heres what I would do:
Return to the LFS the zebra danios and the Krib.
Leaving:
1 hoplo (beauty of a fish by the way)
1 albino shark
1 keyhole
6 corys (what type u didnt say?)
1 common pleco
ADD:
4 Discus or 4 Angelfish (either way you go, you wont be disappointed, though I have admittedly suffered from discus frenzy, and am currently dreaming of a 125g discus tank)
Add 3 more Keyholes (they prefer company)
You could also add a school of (6-8) some type of south american tetra, some I could recommend highly that I have kept:
Rummynose
Neons
Glowlights
Buenos Aires
Pristellas

RTS are not from SA but from Asia, so if you're going for a SA tank you have to remove it, but if you think it's Ok with the other fish, you can keep it.

Driftwood & Rocks are fine for your tank & for the SA plants you can see them at

I want to know if the Angel fish or Discus will be ok with the other fish i have in my tank.
I have these fish:
1 Hoplo catfish
1 small RTS
3 Zebra Danios
1 Keyhole
1 Krib
6 corydoras
1 Pleco
Or what other Centerpiece fish would you suggest?
Thanks,
Robby

You would be fine to do either.
The only suggestion I have is to remove the krib.
All the rest will be fine.
The RTS i wouldnt trade him back to the lfs unless he causes problems. I have no problems with my rainbow shark and the 2 discus and angel I have in there or with any other fish.
The krib is the only one I would worry about. I have heard of them killling angels on more than one occassion.

Yes, 4 Angels will be fine together & hopefully you'll get a breeding pair.

Oh yeah your RTS is nice now till he kills half or more of your tank off. Learn from me they can snap in an instant and go hostile on eveyhting that moves.

These are all SA fish:- Angel fish, Discus, Hoplo Catfish, Keyhole, Corydoras & Pleco.
Then you can add some Tetra's or more of the fish stated above.
