I need to know if a Blue Acara can be kept with clown loaches and zebra (tiger) loaches?

Just one acara? It would probably be okay, unless you got an aggressive specimen. A breeding pair of acaras would be a different story however, and would most likely attack the loaches.

As for the tiger/zebra loach, are you talking about Botia hymenophysa? If so, keep in mind that they can be a tad aggressive. I know that they will often nip fins, so you have to consider whether you are willing to add such a fish to your tank. They could start to hassle your other fish.

And when he gets to Heaven, to Saint Peter he will tell: "One more Marine reporting, Sir! I've served my time in Hell."

I am talking about Botia Striata. I just got rid of 4 yoyos a little above 2 inches each because they were nipping my angels.

The Zebras seem peaceful, and havent hurt the angels or rams that I have in this tank yet. I have moved the rams out now, moved out the yoyos as well.

I plan to buy one small acara to start with and add a few small specimens. But my concern is, they might outgrow the clowns fast, and ofcourse, the zebras dont get bigger than 3 inches.
