One word, no.
Not lean enough at all, oily and not normal. You should never feed mammal meats to fish, even beef heart shouldn't be fed, although many use it.
Fish fillets are great, but only white fish. Pink and red meat are not accpetable for fish either.
Cooked food shouldn't be used, as fish wouldn't come by welldone steak in the wild, and plus there may be some oils or spices or other food that has touched the grill on the meat.
Shrimp and most other crusteceans are healthy.

The answer to your Q is a big NO as you have already been advised.

This reply is also in answer to nattereri
"You should never feed mammal meats to fish, even beef heart shouldn't be fed, although many use it."
Unless things have changed drastically many Aquariums still sell frozen Beef Heart"
I have been feeding my fish usually about 1 teaspoon per week Lambs Liver. I think every one will agree my fish especially the Clown Loaches do not look as if I am doing anything wrong. I have feed beef heart and other meet products for over 35+ years & never a problem. It has always been raw.

Fish fillets are great, but only white fish.
Again I must be doing something wrong I would have no idea how many different species of raw fish I have used.

Cooked food shouldn't be used.

If you are refering to meats etc I agree. But and a big But many Aquarium keepers feed cooked vegetables.

Yes cooked veggies are fine, thanks Keith. I was only referring to meats.
Well what kinds of fish fillet have you fed? Fish like Tuna, Salmon and other pink or red fleshed fish shouldn't be fed as they are much more oily, and create a protein film on the surface of the water and foul your water. Haddock, perch and other white fleshed fish are great on the other hand.
Well, beef heart (and I guess lamb's liver, never heard of feeding this before) are OK, but still not as healthy as white fish fillet. I mentionned this because how often will fish come by beef heart or lamb live in the wild (yes I know,. they won't come by flakes either lol). But jsut mammal meat isn't intended for fish. Since beef heart and lamb liver are the leanest meats, they are acceptable, which is why many use them, jsut my preference to stay away from mammilian meat.
And yes meat should be raw.

The names of the fish would mean nothing to you. I have used very oily fish, red, pink & white. I have also used a variety of FW fish as well. I catch a lot of different species and buy directly from two local fishereman. I have never had a problem with a film on the water.

I don't know if this applies to your region, but I'm near the St-Lawrence River, and fish contain mercury around here, so organs or anything other than the actual fillets should not be fed, and fillets only once in a blue moon.
