My 65 gallon tank has recently cycled. I have 7 bleeding heart tetras and 6 serpae's plus 1 RTBS which had grown too big for my son's tank and is now happy in mine. It is very peaceful, I have even caught it shoaling with the tetras! I plan on getting 6 cory cats and would like to finish off with something else, but I am not sure what. I was thinking of a school of rainbows, I like angels but don't think they would be a good idea with my serpaes. Any suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

I did some research on Pearl Gourami's and they do look a nice fish. How many would you recommend? It seems that they do well in pairs. Although Discus are a beautiful fish, I think I will steer clear for now, all my mad tetra's would scare them to death! They also need a much warmer tank. Thanks for the suggestions. Keep them coming.

You can have a pair of Pearl Gouramis & then choose something else.

I'm not too fond of gourami and RTS being in the same tank as each other as I've seen RTS turn aggressive towards gourami in the past. A 65 gallon is a pretty big tank, so there probably wouldn't be any problem, but it should be kept in mind just in case...
