I havent tested the water yet, but soon will. All the plants and fish are ok, just it doesnt look clear like before. Recently I've added seachem's florish and Iron. Will this have to do with the cloudyness of the water? ![]() Regards Mango Last edited by mangor34 at 07-Jul-2005 21:27[/font] |

It might be going through a mini cycle, depending on how much water you changed, and how much you cleaned, you could have killed a bunch of bacteria in the last change, or the chemicals you added could be the cause... Check your water parameters and see what is going on there and get back with us... one last thing you haven't changed the food (brand) you've been feeding or anything have you? some brands I've discovered make the water goofy:%) heidi "I've got a great ambition to die of exhaustion rather than boredom." Maybe i added more than stated, but after a few days, the water started to turn green. It took me some time to bring the water clear & i used to do weekly water changes & leave the tank lights switched off for long periods. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/my_photos http://www.geocities.com/s8xi5heh/classic_blue.html http://groups.yahoo.com/group/buzaqq/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |

When did you add the Flourish? Is it possible the tank is still doing a mini cycle? I will give it another few days and see whats up with it. Mango ![]() |
