| Do rainbows like eating algae? | |

I find he doesn't have much of an apetite, yet he poops - and it's green. He spends much of his day running up, down and sideways along the glass, enough so that his nose is marked up. I've seen other fish do this when they are eating the algae. He only does it on the walls with lots of algae. Is this normal for a rainbow? |

I usually drop a few algae disc in my tanks every few days or so and I have never seen my rainbows go near them.I've also never saw them spend anytime along the glass, they usually spend most time schooling with the giant danios.Of course like I said that's just my rainbows. |
