I just bought a can of freeze dry blood worms, and thought that the fish would love this stuff, but...with the thick layer of plants i have on the top, they never see the blood worms because its float like a cork! any idea to make this stuff sink?

It's freeze dried. It is lacking any traces of water so it will float. You can try soaking it.

if you have a side filter that shoots water in then feed them there and let the filter push the blood worms down the go back up then down again like there alive

Like Booger said, soak it.
When it's wet again, mash them up, then they will sink. You might have to overdo it a little sometimes, but that's the best way to get them to sink.

They are meant to float for the top swimmers and will adventually sink.

You could soak them first but for how long will be up to you, do a few tests first.

As everyone's saying, try soaking them first. When it's time to buy more, try frozen. They have a higher nutritional value and my fish seem to like them more. They fall right down to the bottom.

yeah my fish love the frozen blocks. I put them in still frozen and they love to rip the blocks up as they melt.
