I have a large variety of fish and invertabrates so i offer three kinds of tetra flakes, 3 types of hikari wafers, 2 types of granulated foods- tetra and sera , the foodsticks for larger fish, and tablets like tetramin, shrimp and crab diets, bloodworm, glassworm, daphnia, brineshrimp and baby brineshrimp, cockles, mussels, snails, vegetable formulas , beefheart, occasionally crickets and mealworms, the odd waxworm, small rodents (frozen), fresh vegetables, frozen formulas including stuff with spiriluna in and discus diets etc. So the list of foods I offer is probably around the 40 plus mark.

Then theres the incidental stuff like moths, algae, roots and stems from floating plants and the occasional missed fish fry and neonate amano shrimp.I dont tend to use tubifex much as it creates havoc with filters and substrates, but I still use it occasionally.

Variety being the spice of life and all that. Generally buy fish when young and I have always offered a large range of food, the happy consequence seems to be no fussy feeders at all. Just like kids .lol.

I basically have 5, besides the baby foods that I don't use right now.

They are:

-Flake Mix
-Spirula Flakes
-Freeze Dried Blood Worms
-Freeze Dried Tubifex Worms
-Daphnia

Plus vegetables that I occasionally feed.
