I wish I had my camera with me today. I went to my LFS today and they had these very weird looking fish that could not be identified from the staff. It's overall shape is that of a "normal" fish, but it looked albino. What really caught my eyes is that it looked like they didn't have any....eyes that is. At first glance I thought they were a couple that were injured, but upon closer inspection I noticed they had very small eyes...almost undetectible. In my estimation their eyes were about the size of most fishes pupils by themselves. Any ideas on what these might be??? Thanks

I'm not sure what the shape of a 'normal' fish would be... If it was tetra shape it was probably the blind cave tetra but there are albinos of almost every kind of fish.

Also fry of these fish that are raised in a lighted aquarium will have small or half formed eyes. They have to be raised in the dark so you could have seen captive bred fish.
