Normally the best place to start inquiring would be your local Fish & Game department as they would at least be able to tell you if a license was required for at least certain species. I would then think that the wholesalers you are dealing with would know whether or not you would require a license to ship to your area Jim Water, taken in moderation, cannot hurt anybody. -- Mark Twain

From there, you could contact their wholesaler and see if they are required anything specific to import fish, or what fish require some type of permit. They should be able to refer you to the person you would need to speak with regarding it...
