I have tried freeze dried bloodworms before for my fish but i have never used frozen bloodworms.. Is there a difference? |

Basically anyway. Which means alot of the nutritional value and smell that attracts the fish is lost. Also feeding lots of freeze dried foods can cause health problems with the lack of moisture. Frozen food is just the bloodworms or whatever frozen... It retains almost all the nutrition of live food and fish are attracted to it more than freeze dried. |
tankie![]() Fish Addict Posts: 857 Kudos: 848 Votes: 230 Registered: 15-Mar-2005 ![]() | comparing the 2...its the frozen one thats better...as sham said..the freeze dried lost much of its nutrients...but still gud enuf to feed to fish....and its more convenient to handle (u just keep it in cool dry place) while the frozen one...it has retained the smell and the nutrients...just that u need to keep it in the freezer and thawing it b4 serving. |
